  • No Added Salt: The base mix contains no salt — you season to your preference. 

  • Aromatic & Spiced: A bold, flavourful blend with curry, vegetables (onion, red & green peppers) and spices. 

  • Allergens & Notes:
     • Contains mustard (an allergen). 
     • May contain traces of sesame, hazelnuts, celery, and sulphites. 

  • Preparation Method:
     1. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan; add the risotto mix, stir for 1 minute. 
     2. Add about 7 g of salt (or to your taste). Optionally deglaze with 50 ml white wine. 
     3. Gradually add ~ 750 ml of hot water, stirring steadily until creamy and al dente (medium heat). 
     4. Remove from heat; if desired, stir in parmesan (or vegan alternative).
     • For one serving: ~ 95 g of risotto mix + 300 ml water. 

  • Net Weight & Format: Commonly sold in a 280 g tray / pack format.
