General Ingredients and Allergens

The sauces are primarily composed of aged red cayenne peppers or habanero peppers, depending on the heat level, blended with vinegar, water, salt, garlic, onion, and spices. Many flavours also contain vegetable blends (carrots, onions, garlic), sugar, or fruit juices (such as mango). Thickening agents (Xanthan Gum, E415) and emulsifiers are used to maintain consistency.

Please note that several sauces contain barley or hops (in the Beer Flavoured sauce) and the Cream/Bacon flavours contain milk. The product may also contain celery, soya, peanut, gluten (wheat), sesame, mustard, sulphites and tree nuts (almonds).
