These truffle-flavoured crisps are pure indulgence. The texture is crunchy, just as a good crisp should be. The flavour of truffles dominates.

They are perfect straight out of the bag, or serve with a glass of chilled sparkling wine if you're feeling lavish.

The wild truffles are snuffled by a specialist, trained truffle dog, out in the lush forests and valleys of the Istria region in Croatia. The truffles are then added to potatoes, which are also grown and harvested from Rustle's own fields.
