Dietary Notes: Vegan, additive-free. May contain traces of sesame, mustard, hazelnuts, celery, peanuts and sulphites.

Cooking Instructions:
1. Heat 2 tbsp olive oil, add the mix, and stir for 1 minute.
2. Add 7 g salt (or to taste). Optionally add 50 ml of white wine and allow to evaporate.
3. Gradually stir in ~ 750 ml hot water over medium heat until the rice is creamy and al dente (about 25 minutes).
4. Remove from heat and, if desired, stir in Parmesan or a plant-based alternative.
• For one serving: ~ 95 g mix + 300 ml water.
• Tip: Shake the tray before opening to distribute ingredients evenly. -
