Crafted from cold-laminated carbon steel, it provides superior thermal conductivity, allowing for precision control of the socarrat (toasted rice base). It features an ergonomic two-handle design for secure handling and a dimpled surface for even heat distribution.

Care & Maintenance

As an authentic carbon steel product, specific maintenance is required to prevent rust:
First Use: Thoroughly wash with soap and water to remove the protective lacquer.
After Use: Hand wash and towel dry immediately. Never air-dry.
Storage: Wipe the entire surface with a thin layer of food-grade oil before storing in a dry environment.
