Cooking / Preparation

  1. Boil 400 ml of hot water with 5 g of salt (or to taste) and 2 tbsp of olive oil.

  2. Remove from heat and pour in the couscous tray contents.

  3. Cover and let rest 5 minutes.

  4. Fluff the grains with a fork before serving.

  5. For a single serving, use ~ 75 g couscous + 100 ml water.

  6. Tip: Shake the tray before opening to mix the ingredients evenly.
