Cocktail Highlight – Hot Under the Collar

• 50ml Tequila Rose

• ¼ Cantaloupe melon

• 20ml Crystallised ginger syrup

• ½ tsp Ground cinnamon

• 15ml Maple syrup

Method: Muddle all ingredients, then shake with ice in a cocktail shaker. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with crystallised ginger for a spicy-sweet treat with a tropical edge.
