Kibbeh, also known as Kibby, is a popular dish found in the Middle East. It is made using lamb and bulgur wheat and is then shaped into little patties or balls and cooked in broth, baked or served raw. Kibbeh commonly contains black pepper, allspice, cumin, coriander, cloves, ginger, nutmeg, spearmint and marjoram.
