The pasta is dried slowly at approximately 38°C to preserve its organoleptic properties and reach the optimal 12.5% humidity. After stabilization, it is packaged—manually for handmade shapes and automatically for extruded ones—under the Pastificio del Colle brand.
Cooking time : approximately 7 to 10 min.
Store in a cool, dry place.
