The Giusti Condiment is made from the gentle pressing of Trebbiano grapes, yielding an exceptionally sweet juice. This juice is then blended with high-quality white wine vinegar  and dehydrated truffles; and aged in French oak and ash barrels. This method preserves the fruity and floral aromas of the grapes, resulting in a delightful condiment that is fresh, balanced, and highly versatile.

Since 1605, the Giusti family has been producing Italy’s oldest balsamic vinegar, adhering to a family recipe that has remained unchanged.
